      South African-Canadian filmmaker Neill Blomkamp, actors Hugh Jackman and Dev Patel, and actress Sigourney Weaver walked the red carpet inside the Mall of Berlin's Piazza on Friday as part of a fan event preceding the premiere of their new film 'Chappie.'

      The sci-fi film, which comes after Blomkamp's blockbusters 'District 9' and 'Elysium,' follows the journey of an experimental robot who has been programmed to feel human emotions. Chappie is due to be released on March 4.
