Ukraine: Anti-Kiev forces withdraw heavy artillery from frontline
Anti-Kiev forces withdrew heavy artillery 50 kilometres (31 miles) away from the line of engagement in the Donetsk region, Tuesday, in line with the latest Minsk peace agreement. Grad rocket systems were earlier withdrawn from the frontline near Lugansk.
The withdrawal comes as the foreign ministers of France, Germany, Russia and Ukraine are meeting in Paris to discuss ways to further implement the February 12 Minsk agreement.
