Ukraine: DNR/DPR forces withdraw heavy weaponry from the frontline
As they continued withdrawing heavy weapons from the frontline in Elenovka, officials and infantry forces from the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DNR/DPR) accused Ukrainian soldiers of not complying with the Minsk ceasefire agreement, Wednesday.
The DNR/DNR forces say government troops have not completely removed multiple-launch rocket systems from the frontline, insisting the anti-Kiev forces are in the process of complying with the agreement reached in Minsk almost a week ago.
DNR/DPR defence deputy Edward Basurin expressed hope Kiev will meet its obligations, warning tensions could escalate into all-out conflict if Kiev continues to violate the terms reached in Minsk.
