
Israel: Netanyahu leads ceremony of thousands for Paris attack victims
Thousands of mourners gathered in Jerusalem Tuesday for the funeral of four Jewish victims of an attack on a kosher supermarket in Paris on Friday. The attack, believed to have been co-ordinated with the Charlie Hebdo attack, saw the gunman Amedy Coulibaly shot by French special forces after a siege.
Yoav Hattab - 22, Yohan Cohen - 22, Philippe Braham - 45 and Francois-Michel Saada - 55 were interred in the Har Hamenuchot cemetery in Givat Shaul neighbourhood. The victims' bodies were seen wrapped in burial shrouds in accordance with orthodox tradition. The ceremony was officiated by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Labor Party Chairman Yitzhak Herzog.
