      Victoria's Secret model Shanina Shaik revealed her fitness tips backstage at the Victoria's Secret lingerie show in London on Tuesday.

      While getting ready to hit the catwalk at Earl's Court, the Australian beauty said that she boxes and does pilates to get her body fit for the world famous show.

      The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is an annual fashion show sponsored by, and featuring Victoria's Secret lingerie and sleepwear. The show features some of the world's leading fashion models such as Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Doutzen Kroes, Behati Prinsloo, Candice Swanepoel, Lily Aldridge, Lindsay Ellingson, Elsa Hosk and Karlie Kloss.
