      UK: Pro-independence campaigners rally outside Scottish Parliament

      A pro-independence rally was held outside the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh, Saturday.

      The "Yes" campaigners have been angered by proposals put forward by the Smith Commission on Thursday regarding further devolution for the country. Many believe the recommendations fall short of the promises made by Westminster in September.

      Speakers at the rally expressed their dissatisfaction with the Smith Commission and frustrations at austerity measures imposed by Westminster.
