      German automaker BMW unveiled some of its latest vehicles Wednesday, showcasing the X5 M and X6 M at the LA Auto Show in Los Angeles.

      Capable of top speeds of 155 miles per hour (249 kilometres per hour), the X5 M and X6 M both boast 21-inch (53-centimetre) wheels. Powered by 4.4-litre V8 engines that can produce up to 567 horsepower, the vehicles can drive on or off-road and go from 0-60 miles per hour (0-97 kilometres per hour) in 4 seconds.

      The X5 M will be available in spring 2015 at a starting price of $99,650 (€79,255), while the X6 M will also go on sale in spring for $103,050 (€82,083). The price for both vehicles includes a $950 (€756.74) destination and handling fee.
