Hundreds of people took to the streets of Iguala Wednesday purportedly in protest against the disappearance of 43 student teachers over three weeks ago. Protesters marched in the street until some broke off from the crowd and ransacked the city's municipal palace, smashing windows and furniture and setting the building alight.
The 43 students of the Ayotzinapa Teacher Training College in Guerrero disappeared on September 26 in Iguala. They have been missing ever since.
