Relatives of soldiers serving with the third battalion of the Ukraine army picketed outside the Lvov Regional Council, Wednesday, in a bid to bring back their family members from the frontline.
The third battalion is currently stationed at the forefront of the Ukrainian conflict. While waiting for a decision from the council to return the battalion, the relatives stopped passing cars - with some protesters breaking the window and piercing the tyres of cars trying to get through the demonstration.
According to one of the protesters the General Staff of Ukraine's Armed Force stated that the rotation of the Batallion's personnel would take place by the end of November 2014.
