Ukraine: "Fighting in Donetsk decreasing" - DPR/DNR PM
Fighting in Eastern Ukraine is "decreasing," Prime Minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DNR/DPR) Aleksandr Zakharchenko said Monday in Donetsk. He added that Donetsk International Airport was shelled only times Saturday, and twice Sunday.
Zakharchenko added he would "welcome" a more thorough investigation into the July crash of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17, provided investigators did so without the influence of "Netherlands policemen or German paratroopers." He also said that he understood the importance in gathering evidence to determine the cause of the crash, rather than simply collecting bodies of victims.
