
Italy: This artist just brought Ebola to Italy
Italian artist Dario Gambari took to a farm field in Castagnaro on Wednesday to carve 37,000 square metres (9.14 acres) of into a 200-metre (218 yards) long drawing of the Ebola virus to raise awareness of the growing epidemic.
Cambari, originally from Verona, has said that he wishes to draw attention to the ongoing Ebola crisis after Spanish nursing assistant Teresa Romero was infected with the virus in a Madrid hospital; the first case of Ebola being transmitted outside of West Africa.
