Russia: "World can't blame DPR, LPR for Kiev's mistakes!" - Lavrov
Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov cautioned against ridding Kiev of all responsibility while blaming anti-Kiev fighters for everything in Moscow on Monday.
Lavrov said that almost no progress had been made regarding investigations into mass graves discovered recently in east Ukraine, the MH17 plane crash, and the Odessa massacre. Lavrov also called on the OSCE, the Council of Europe and the United Nations to put more effort into these investigations.
Speaking after meeting Finnish Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja, Lavrov added that he wants to see all countries take an even-handed approach when it comes to dealing with Ukraine, and noted that full implementation of the Minsk agreement must be a top priority.
