Turkey: $100 bilion goal set by Russia and Turkey on trade alliance deal
Russian Minister of Economic Development Alexey Ulyukaev set a goal of $100 billion (around 77 billion euros) on trades with Turkey during a meeting with his Turkish counterpart Nihat Zeybekci, in Istanbul on Tuesday.
The trade deal aims to reach the targets within the next 5-6 years. The meeting was dominated by talks on potential trade alliance talks after Moscow banned most agricultural imports and dairy products from the EU and US.
