Chile President Michelle Bachelet said that Monday's metro bomb blast in Santiago called on the state to invoke anti-terrorist laws. Speaking to the press, she denounced the explosion as an "abominable act."
The bomb wounded at least 10 people. No group has claimed responsibility, and the police said the incident was being investigated.
