Ukraine: Donetsk militia will not surrender, says Tsarev
Oleg Tsarev, official of the Donetsk People's Republic and speaker of the parliament organised by east Ukraine's independence groups, held a press conference in Donetsk on Saturday to discuss the outcome of peace talks held in Belarus.
Ukraine's representative Leonid Kuchma was asking for unconditional surrender, said Tsarev, which was unacceptable to the representatives of the DPR at the meeting. He added that he beileves that Ukrainian President Poroshenko was negotiating in bad faith, and that it would be impossible to derive a peace deal.
