Ukraine: Odessa fire dead remembered by supporters
The people of Odessa gathered for a memorial service on Saturday to remember demonstrators who were killed in violent clashes between anti- and pro-Kiev protesters at the Trade Union Building three months ago.
Attendees displayed a poster with photographs of those lost in the violence, laid flowers at the permanent memorial at the front of the building and released black balloons reading, 'remember Odessa'.
The Kulikovo building, which remains barred from access and guarded around the clock, still sports smashed windows and fire damage from the 2nd of May riots.
