
Russia: OSCE monitoring mission on Russia-Ukraine border begins
Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) experts began a monitoring mission Wednesday along the Russian-Ukrainian border, visiting the border points of Gukovo and Donetsk. The monitors will be examining the situation at the border for at least three months.
The first group of monitors consisted of four observers and three members of administrative staff. The total numbers of OSCE observers is expected to reach 15.
Part of the agenda of the OSCE experts will include communication with refugees who stand in queues daily to reach Russian territory.
