Russia: Putin discusses aviation development, tax havens with cabinet
Russian President Vladimir Putin held a short discussion with his cabinet on Wednesday at Novo-Ogarevo, saying domestic air routes and the construction of passenger planes should be bolstered. He was also keen to see some Russian economic actors let go of their reliance on offshore accounts for tax avoidance.
The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate the progress of targets set by Putin in his May 2012 message to the Federal Assembly.
