
Russia: Lavrov says "Russia will use all possible legal means to defend their position on Yukos ruling"
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov spoke about Russia's reaction to the International Arbitration Court ruling in the Yukos case, during a press conference in Moscow on Monday. The IAC ruled Monday that Russia violated the EU Energy Charter when it redistributed the oil company’s assets and has ordered Russia to pay approximately USD $50 billion in damages.
He said that the Russian side "will certainly use all possible legal means to defend their position."
