USA: Harf says "responsibility for MH17 lays at the feet of President Putin" - POOL
Deputy Spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State, Marie Harf, said that responsibility lays at the feet of President Putin, not just for the MH17 crash but for every incident that we have seen throughout the conflict in Ukraine, during the July 23 Daily Press Briefing in Washington D.C. on Wednesday.
Harf then said that the "Russian separatists who we strongly believe fired this missile" would not be trained, armed or operating without the support of President Putin and the Russian Government.
