
Nicaragua: At least five dead in Sandinista Revolution celebration shooting *GRAPHIC*
At least five people were killed and over 20 injured Sunday in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, when people celebrating the 35th anniversary of the Sandinista Revolution were attacked.
In one incident, unknown gunmen opened fire on a bus carrying children and other civilians travelling on the Inter-American Highway near the city of Esteli. Another bus was ambushed in the community of San Ramon. Esteli mayor Francisco Valenzuela has called the incidents "a terrorist act."
