
Ukraine: MH17 plane crash an act of terrorism says Poroshenko
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko gave a statement on Thursday in Kiev about the MH17 Malaysia Airlines passenger flight which crashed on the Russian border with 295 people on board, citing the crash as an "act of terrorism."
Following a telephone call with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, Poroshenko says he has invited Dutch experts to participate in the investigation into what caused the plane crash. He added he wants to "emphasise" that the plane crash was not an incident or catastrophe.
