      Brazil: Dutch depressed after World Cup chances bite the dust

      Dutch fans in Sao Paulo were devastated by the last-minute defeat of their national football squad by Argentina during Wednesday night's World Cup semi-final match. The Netherlands went out on penalties after holding their opponents to a goal-less draw for the entirety of the game.

      Netherlands supporters' tears were however drowned out by the raucous celebrations of the latin american supporters, who outnumbered the Europeans considerably.

      Argentina will go on to face Germany, who defeated host nation Brazil in the other semi-final match, in the final game of the tournament.
