      USA: Diagon Alley to spirit visitors away to Harry Potter Land

      Staff at the Universal resort in Orlando, Florida opened the newest attraction in the park's Harry Potter-themed zone on Tuesday, a recreation of the Diagon Alley shopping district filled with purveyors of arcane trinkets and puissant potions.

      Crowds started lining up outside the resort at 4 a.m. to be among the first to experience the expansion to the Wizarding World attraction, which opened in 2010.

      Diagon Alley includes a number of shops selling memorabilia from the Harry Potter world, Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes, Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions and Quality Quidditch Supplies.
