Ukraine: Families of service personnel go hungry in Odessa
Families of Ukrainian service personnel are going hungry in Odessa after an official Defence Ministry sanatorium stopped feeding them, Wednesday. The administration at Kuyalnik sanatorium stopped providing meals and electricity to operate cookers after Ministry of Defence funds ran out.
The retreat is being used to house families who returned to Ukraine from Crimea after the peninsula voted to become a part of Russia. Most of those at Kuyalnik are the wives and children of naval personnel who were stationed at Sevastopol in Crimea.
