
Ukraine: Slavyansk residents pack bags and flee for Druzhkovka
Refugees seeking safety from harm in Slavyansk began to arrive in Druzhkovka on Sunday, with humanitarian aid reaching out to some in the form of blankets, towels, toiletries, nappies for babies and non-perishable food items.
One refugee from Slavyansk, who got registered in Druzhkovka, said she wanted to stay in her city to help the most vulnerable, but chose to leave for the sake of her children who she says suffered trauma from being witnesses to bombings.
