      The Spanish national football team trained Monday at the Centro de Treinamientos Alfredo Gottardi in the Brazilian city of Curitiba, with players including Pedro Rodriguez, Sergio Busquets, Andres Iniesta, Xavi Hernandez, Cesc Fabregas and Gerard Pique practicing their technique.

      Spain, the defending World Cup champions from 2010, play their first match against the Netherlands on Friday in Salvador. The game will be a rematch of the 2010 World Cup final.
