UK: Independence protesters rail against BBC bias
About 300 pro-independence demonstrators descended upon the BBC's Glasgow headquarters on Sunday, holding a silent protest against what they say is the government-funded channel's biased coverage of the movement.
In January, the BBC Trust found BBC Scotland guilty of having misled the public after a 'Reporting Scotland' broadcast from January 2013 on EU membership post-independence had misrepresented an Irish politician. The BBC is yet to apologise publicly.
The referendum on whether Scotland should be an independent country will take place Sep 18.
