      Syria: Syrian army retake ravaged Homs

      Syrian government forces were met with scenes of widespread destruction as they entered Homs, Friday.

      Opposition forces reportedly torched their headquarters along with many key buildings like banks, churches and government offices before they left the city, following a deal with the Syrian army that gave them safe passage out of the district.
