During the ceremony of commemoration on Friday in the Bavarian town of Hebertshausen of more than 4,000 Soviet Soldiers killed in Dachau between 1941 and 1942, the Belarussian ambassador to Germany, Andrei Giro, stated in his speech that the lessons of World War II were not received enough in all places and that Belarus is watching the developments in Ukraine with special care.
