Ukraine: We must prove our impartiality - OSCE member
A member of the OSCE commented on the organisation's role in Kramatorsk on Friday, saying the OSCE is currently trying to show they are a neutral, impartial body involved in checking realities on the ground.
Around 100 members of the OSCE's Special Monitoring Mission are currently in Ukraine, including Andrew Offenbacher (USA), Lucas Walter (Switzerland) and Faison Manaya (Albania). The organisation has charged itself with helping implement agreements reached in Geneva on April 17, concerning a roadmap to de-escalate the situation in Ukraine.
