Ukraine: Sevastopol wakes up early to vote in Crimea referendum
Civilians in Sevastopol voted on Sunday to decide to whether to join the Russian Federation or remain in Ukraine and return to an earlier 1992 constitution. Citizens arrived at their designated polling stations at 8 a.m. local time (0600 UTC), where they will remain open for a further 12 hours.
