Belgium: Ukraine has "more urgent priorities" than NATO says Rasmussen

NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said that the question of NATO membership is not one of priority for Ukraine during a NATO Defense Ministers Meeting in Brussels.

Rasmussen said that while NATO stands ready to continue engagement with Ukraine, it is not the most urgent priority for the "new Ukrainian leadership". The NATO Defense Ministers meeting will last for two days.
