Ukraine: Klitschko attends vote to ban counter-terrorism ops
A majority of 236 out of Ukraine's 238 registered MPs voted to abolish counter-terrorism operations in Ukraine, and against the use of force during a special Verkhovna Rada session on Thursday evening.
Parliament has therewith judged all counter-terrorism operations as unconstitutional as they are in breach of Articles 17 and 85.
Voting on Thursday was in response to counter-terrorism operations announced by the Security Service of Ukraine along with the Counter-Terrorism Center on February 19.
