      USA: Lawyers weigh in on US access to India's solar market

      Professors of law discussed the issue of American manufacturers' access to India's solar products market during an International Trade Commission meeting in Washington D.C. on Tuesday.

      Srividhya Ragavan from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, and Sean Flynn of the American University Washington College of Law spoke at the proceedings.

      The US has said it will take India to the World Trade Organization to gain a bigger share for US companies in India’s solar power programme.
