Russia: Investigators suspect link between two Volgograd blasts
The Investigative Committee of Russia suspects that the explosion on a trolley bus in Volgogorad on Monday was a suicide bombing and confirmed that it was a male who set off the bomb filled with at least 4 kilograms of TNT.
The head of the committee, Vladimir Markin, confirmed that at least 16 people had been killed and 28 people are injured.
Markin also said that the use of metal fragments in both yesterday and today's Volgograd bomb attacks could connect the two incidences and suggests that the explosives were made in the same location.
