UK: Police break up student demo against police brutality

Protesters demonstrated on Thursday outside Euston Square tube station in London against what activists say was violent police action in evicting occupying students from the Senate House library of the University of London on Wednesday. Police have confirmed that 34 people were arrested on suspicion of offences including breach of the peace and affray, with the demonstrators kettled outside the station for several hours before being released.

In this footage, provided by The Beaver student newspaper, officers can be seen bundling arrested protesters into vans, which were then dispersed among police stations across London.
