Poland: Left wing protesters 'take back' Warsaw streets
More than a thousand leftist and anarchist protesters marched through the streets of central Warsaw on Friday to demonstrate their ability to organise despite a violent nationalist demonstration on Monday. Demonstrators marched from the main campus of Warsaw University to the site of a leftist squatted building that was attacked by attendees at the right-wing event.
Police reported no violent confrontations, and no arrests were made.
