Russia: Three dead in Dagestan suicide car bomb
A suicide bomber detonated a bomb near a police station in the settlement of Huchni in Russia's Dagestan region on Monday, killing three and wounding 16.
The bomber was driving by the building in a car before abruptly turnings towards the building and setting off a bomb. The explosive force of the bomb was equivalent to 80 kg (176 lbs) of TNT. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
Among the victims are a police officer and an employee at the local Federal Migration Service office. Two of the victims injured are on life support in hospitals.
