The world’s first curved 3D OLED television was showcased by South Korean electronics company LG Wednesday in Berlin at the IFA, a consumer electronics trade show showcasing global innovation.

The curved OLED TV has a sound system built into its base, with five speakers offering 40 watts of sound. The television is 4.3 millimetres (0.17 inches) thick at its thinnest point and weighs 17 kilogrammes (37.5 pounds). The 3D glasses also have surround-sound speakers built into earbuds that give you the different audio channels. There's a feature called Samsung Multi-View that uses the Active 3D technology to simultaneously display two different transmissions on the one screen.

The IFA electronics fair previews some of the latest and greatest techno-creations by the world's top electronics manufacturers. The 2013 exhibitor list includes Samsung, Canon, Adobe Systems, Sony, Siemens and Panasonic. Top awaited products include, among others, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Samsung printers with phone docks and the LG G Pad 8.3. It runs from Sept. 6-11 at the Messe Berlin.
