      Spain: Police intercepts drug-fishing boat

      The Spanish civil guard along the customs surveillance tax agency intercepted a fishing boat with more than 6 tons of hashish on board bound for the Spanish coast on Wednesday, July 17.

      The boat, loaded with 6,360 kg of hashish, suffered from a breakdown and was partially flooded, threatening to sink while it was on its final destination at Isla Cristina, a well known fishing port in the area. Police was able to arrest 4 members of the criminal organisation, originating from Spain, Ghana and Morocco.

      Spain: Police intercepts drug-fishing boat

      The Spanish civil guard along the customs surveillance tax agency intercepted a fishing boat with more than 6 tons of hashish on board bound for the Spanish coast on Wednesday, July 17.
