Russia: Brad Pitt lets the zombies loose

Sex icon, Hollywood actor and Golden Globe award winner Brad Pitt was in the Russian capital on Thursday, for the opening of the 35th Moscow International Film Festival, in which his latest film, World War Z, is opening the competition. While the new film is about flesh-eating zombies, Pitt got plenty of attention for his star shining looks and charisma when on the red carpet, with fans male and female alike capitivated by his presence in Moscow.

Pitt told the press he has come to Moscow with his two oldest daughters and when asked about what he thought of about the Russian capital he says: "We're having great fun, we have been doing the town, seen the sights and it has been really nice, a nice time." World War Z, the most expensive zombie movie ever to be made, took two years to complete filming. Pitt told reporters he was happy it got completed, saying it was a "big one" to get done. He says: "And now we have this super intense film that people are having a great time in, with really big stars, and it's really fun to watch the audience's reaction."
