      Russia: Marines prepare to skydive into Black Sea basin

      Soldiers of Russia's 106th Airborne Division jetted off from Ryazan near Moscow on Friday for an unexpected Black Sea skydive exercise. Transported by six Ilyushin II-76 airlifters, the 200 marines were informed of the trip at the very last minute, with fast and efficient checks done on their parachutes.

      The Airborne soldiers do not know where exactly they are to skydive, but the large-scale exercises will be in the Black Sea basin.

      Russia: Marines prepare to skydive into Black Sea basin
