Russian opposition activist Alexei Navalny speaks at EU Committee for Foreign Affairs in Brussels on Friday, November 27. Navalny will be joined by members of the Russian opposition Vladimir Kara-Murza, Vladimir Milov and Ilya Yashin. German EMP David McAllister is set to deliver the opening remarks.

Navalny is currently recovering in Germany. According to German authorities and several specialist labs, he was poisoned with a nerve agent in Russia.

EU foreign ministers imposed sanctions on six Russian officials and a state research institute over the case, last month.
