Space X Crew Dragon returns two NASA astronauts back to Earth

Two NASA astronauts are set to return to the Earth aboard a Space X Crew Dragon capsule on Sunday, August 2.

Astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley will depart the International Space Station on August 1, hitching a ride on the same spacecraft they arrived there with at the end of May.

The mission marked the first time people were sent to space from American soil since the conclusion of the Space Shuttle Program.

The splashdown is scheduled at 18:48 GMT
