The international friendly between Russia and Uzbekistan at the Pakhtakor Football Stadium in Tashkent ended in a 0-0 draw on Sunday.
Valery Karpin, head coach of the Russian team, said there were positives to take away from the match as well as things to build on, during a press conference following the game.
