Iran is implementing its nuclear-related commitments, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency Yukiya Amano said during a IAEA board meeting held in Vienna on Thursday.
"Iran is implementing its nuclear-related commitments under the JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action)," Amano said and called on Iran to continue "to fully implement these commitments."
"The agency continues to verify the non-diversion of nuclear material created declared by Iran under its safeguard agreement."
With regard to the nuclear activities of North Korea, the Director General said that even though the agency has "observed fabrication of reactor components," they cannot determine the purpose of these activities because they have no agents on the ground.
