
Russia: FSB detains suspected ISIS members in Moscow Region
The Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia has detained six suspected members of Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL), who were believed to be planning to carry out terror attacks in Moscow, as shown in footage released on Friday.
Automatic weapons, plans, instructions for manufacturing improvised explosive devices and large sums of money were seized during the operation.
According to the FSB, the terrorist group received money from transfers from abroad. The actions of the group were allegedly coordinated from Syria.
