Ukraine: Bodies found by OSCE at war-torn Donetsk airport
Observers from the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and the Red Cross along with fighters from the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) found remains believed to belong to Ukrainian soldiers, DPR Defence Ministry official Liliya Radionova said at Donetsk’s ravaged airport on Tuesday. Both the organisations and local authorities are planning to resume the search operation in and around the airport on Wednesday.
Donetsk Airport has not been operational since May 2014 and has witnessed some of the fiercest fighting, being located on the contact line between the warring parties.
