France: Cheese production company set to lose 1.3mil due to sanctions
The Russian boycott on some European food products such as fish, meat and cheese products, is deeply affecting some French businesses.
Thomas Export is a company selling cheese abroad and Russia represented 3% of it's sales. According to Nicolas Medard, the company will lose 1.3 million euros because of the boycott. He regrets that his cheese cannot reach the Russian market which is a "huge market with a fabulous potential".
Nicolas Medard hopes that the escalation in the conflict stops and talks restarts, so the boycott can be ended.
